The Systems & Methods Analyst I is responsible for analyzing how well software, hardware and the wider IT system fit the business needs of their employer or of a client. Writing requirements for new systems that may also help implement them and monitor their effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and enhance operational processes across various departments.
- Conduct data gathering and root cause analysis for process improvement.
- Document current and future state business processes.
- Establish systematic methods for ensuring high-quality customer services.
- Manage inventory of Support and Core Systems.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering/Computer Science preferred but not required);
- 0 to 2 years of relevant working experience
